My Experience: Why I Am Selecting Community University

Last year, if you had expected me personally where I would personally be attending university next year, i might have named 3 or 4 high-ranked options, most of which were a long way away from my senior high school. One thing is without a doubt, I would not have stated I’d be gonna community college. I did so most of the things you are designed to do I toured the schools on my list, got tips from instructors whom liked me and turned most of my applications in very early. But my admissions story finished differently because I think it might be able to help other people who haven’t applied to college yet than I expected, and I’m sharing my story.

My Stats

When I placed on university, I’d a 3.7 unweighted GPA and a 4.2 weighted. My SAT score that is super a 1280. Year i had taken four AP classes and planned two more for my senior. I happened to be person in National Honor community and Key Club, and ended up being the manager of my college’s soccer team. I became additionally active in running 5Ks on the weekends.

I put on college being an undecided major, and had four schools on my list: University of sc, Tulane, new york State and Elon University.

I felt good about my list because my cousin had comparable stats to me personally and had placed on these schools (plus two other people) a couple of years ago and got into them all.
